How to use

SubChloroPred predict the proteins of chloroplast as well as sub-chloroplast location with very high sensitivity.

SVM threshold selection

User can select probability score for False Positive Rate (FPR) from 'drop down options' of SVM threshold. It ranges from -1 to +1.

SubChloroPred result analysis

For each job, the first column of result table shows the Protein ID and second column shows the corresponding location of each sequence, and last cloumn represent prediction method.
