mRNALoc predicts the sub-cellular location of protein coding mRNA sequences. Please be aware mRNALoc can process only up to 50 sequences at a time and if a user submits more than 50 sequences, only first 50 sequences will be processed. For high-throughput prediction please use the standalone version of mRNALoc.
