RAREPalm has two different SVM models to predict the palmitoylated glycine and serine regions in protein sequences. We have provided the datasets used for developing the models.

Source Code

Because RAREPalm web-server can predict a maximum of 5 sequences at a time, therefore for user's convenience standalone package of RAREPalm is also created. The package has a file 'README' which describes its installation steps and use.
